This Privacy Policy explains how Anchorwell LLC, doing business as DataCow(“DataCow”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares and deletes information when you use datacow.coand related services (the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: details you enter in a form or send us, such as your name, email address, company, role, phone number and the content of your messages; and your email address and sign-in records if we create an account for you.
• Information collected automatically: device, browser, IP address, pages visited, referring page and campaign parameters, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising measurement technologies; and session cookies needed to keep you signed in.

2. How we use information

• To operate and secure the Services and to respond to your requests.
• To communicate with you, including sign-in links and service messages.
• To measure and improve the Services and our marketing.
• To prevent abuse and fraud and to comply with law.

3. How we share information

• Service providers that host, store, analyse or send communications for us, under contracts that restrict their use of the information.
• Legal and safety: to comply with law, legal process or a lawful request from authorities; to enforce our terms; or to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.
• Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information for money.

4. Security and retention

We protect information with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, and limit access to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information while you have an account or an open enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner by emailing founders@datacow.co from the address on your record.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of targeted advertising and of any sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email founders@datacow.co. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We honour Global Privacy Control signals. If you are in the EEA or UK, we process personal information to perform our contract with you, with your consent, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, and to comply with law; where information is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes

We will post any change here with a new effective date.
